电商卖家退货法律声明（中日英三语·通用版）

一、退货期限（返品期間）

  • 中文：消费者自签收商品之日起7日内可申请无理由退货；商品质量问题/错发漏发，到货后14日内有效。
  • 日本語：商品受領後8日以内は返品可能（特定商取引法）。商品不良・誤配送の場合、受領後14日以内にご連絡ください。
  • English: Consumers may apply for non-reason return within 7 days from the date of signing for the goods; for product quality issues, wrong delivery or missing delivery, the application is valid within 14 days after arrival.

二、退货条件（返品条件）

  • 中文：商品完好、未使用、包装完整、配件/吊牌/赠品齐全；不影响二次销售。法定不适用无理由商品除外（定制、生鲜、数字化商品、报刊等）。
  • 日本語：商品未使用・未開封・付属品完備で再販可能な状態に限る。受注生産品・生鮮品・デジタルコンテンツ等は返品対象外。
  • English: The product must be intact, unused, with complete packaging, and all accessories/hang tags/gifts; it shall not affect secondary sales. Goods not applicable to non-reason return as required by law are excluded (customized products, fresh food, digital products, newspapers, etc.).

三、退款政策（返金ポリシー）

  • 中文：商家收到退回商品并验收合格后7个工作日内，按原支付路径全额退款（优惠券/积分按规则退回）。
  • 日本語：返品商品到着・確認後7営業日以内に、全額を指定口座または元の決済手段へ返金します。
  • English: Within 7 working days after the merchant receives and accepts the returned goods, a full refund will be made through the original payment method (coupons/points will be returned in accordance with the rules).

四、运费承担（配送手数料負担）

  • 中文：无理由退货→消费者承担退货运费；质量/错发/破损→商家承担来回运费。
  • 日本語：お客様都合の返品→送料はお客様負担。商品不良・誤配送の場合→当社が送料を負担。
  • English: Non-reason return → Consumers bear the return shipping fee; Quality issues/wrong delivery/damage → Merchants bear the round-trip shipping fee.

五、退货流程（返品手順）

  1. 中文：联系客服邮箱/电话提交申请→提供订单号、商品照片→获取退货地址→寄回并提供物流单号→验收→退款。
  2. 日本語：サポートまでご連絡（注文番号・写真添付）→返品先を案内→商品発送・伝票番号通知→検品後返金。
  3. English: Contact customer service via email/phone to submit an application → Provide order number and product photos → Obtain return address → Send back the goods and provide logistics tracking number → Inspection → Refund.

六、不予受理情形（返品不可ケース）

  • 中文：已使用/污损/拆装/缺少配件；超过期限；已激活数字化商品；定制/贴身/卫生类特殊商品。
  • 日本語：使用済・汚損・分解・付属品不足；期間超過；デジタルコンテンツ開封；オーダーメイド・衛生品等。
  • English: Used/contaminated/disassembled/missing accessories; Exceeding the time limit; Activated digital products; Customized/close-fitting/hygiene-related special products.
